Analyst, Supply Chain Solutions
As a key member of the TES (Technology, Engineering, and Solutions) team, the Supply Chain Solutions Analyst transforms raw data into strategic advantages. This role is dedicated to uncovering operational efficiencies and customer-centric targets that improve margins, reduce costs, and deliver dynamic logistics solutions. You will serve as a collaborative bridge between Business Development, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to design and present high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Intelligence: Compile and analyze complex customer supply chain data using advanced mapping software, databases, and dynamic modeling tools.
- Strategic Benchmarking: Research "Best in Class" supply chain practices and translate these insights into functional operational tools and custom client solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Develop and evaluate key performance metrics to ensure the perfect balance of cost, service level, and supply chain speed.
- Project Leadership: Coordinate and implement large-scale consulting projects across warehouse, transportation, and broader supply chain functions.
- Network Modeling: Support high-level modeling projects utilizing industry-standard tools like Logic Tools, i2, or OptiLogic.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Synthesize technical findings into compelling presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Salary Range: $70,000 - 80,000 per year
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree: Required, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional Background: 1+ years of relevant experience (including high-level internships) in project management or supply chain analysis.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Excel
- Data Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with Tableau and OptiLogic is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability as a creative problem solver who can proactively identify risks and resolve them through data-driven insights.
Soft Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical audiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.

- Location: Hybrid – Des Plaines, IL (4 days per week on-site).
- Classification: Salary, Exempt.
- Physical Requirements: Primarily sedentary role utilizing standard office equipment; ability to work at a computer for prolonged periods.
